Managed Contracts - Our managed service contracts can be tailored to meet your requirements . We tailor our contract to meet our customers network support and subject requirements. Once a managed contract is in place any parts or labour required to keep your network running will be covered by your fixed monthly fee, this will allow you to properly budget for your annual IT expenditure. Sometimes it is cost effective for our client to amalgamate manufacturer warranty options with our support contract, we always advise of the best support and cost option.

Remote Support - We create a secure remote connection to our clients site and then using remote control software we take control of the server or PC displaying a problem. By removing the travelling element of a support call this remote option allows us to respond immediately to any problems a client is having. Remote support not only allows us to resolve problems on your network when they happen but also allows us to remotely diagnose potential problems with virus protection, backups, disk space etc… before these problems become disasters.
Ad Hoc Support - We can provide support on an ad-hoc basis, if your organisation isn't large enough to have an IT support contract in place or is going through some changes and do not want to be tied into a contract, then we can provide our highly trained engineers on an hourly basis to resolve any problems your PC's or network are experiencing.
